Enquiries are routed to the office responsible under the Bylaws. Please read the relevant page first; most questions about licensing tiers, sanctioning deadlines and insurance limits are answered there.
Licensing and certification
Pilot and operator license applications, renewals, upgrades and examinations; Examiner registration; judge, technical inspector, safety officer and event director certification. Applications themselves are submitted through the IACSF licensing portal.
Event sanctioning
Sanctioning Applications and attachments, Event Safety Plans, insurance certificates, airspace documentation and Alternative Method of Compliance requests. Postal submissions go to the IACSF Commissioner, Sanctioning Office.
Ethics and confidential reporting
Monitored by the Commissioner or designated Ethics Officer. Reports may be anonymous and may also be made in writing to the Secretary-General or directly to the Board Chair.
Safety incidents
Incidents at sanctioned events are reported by the Event Safety Officer to the Commissioner on the IACSF Incident Report Form. Serious incidents are notified by telephone within one hour under the Safety Manual.

Prospective Member Teams and Affiliated Leagues, commercial partnership and sponsor approval requests, credentialed media, and anything not covered above.
