Document library

Every governing document, standard, procedure, policy and form in force for the 2026 season. Each is readable online and available as a Word document. Where documents conflict, the Bylaws control, then the Rulebook and Competition Rules, then the Operating Standards Manual, then all other policies and directives.

How the documents relate

The Bylaws create the bodies that maintain each subordinate document. Substantive amendments require Board approval; emergency Technical Directives and Safety Notices take effect immediately and are ratified at the next Board meeting.

The Rulebook and Competition Rules, the Operating Standards Manual, the Fee Schedule and the Anti-Doping Code are referenced by the Bylaws and are issued to Member Teams and licensees by the Commissioner's office. They will appear here on publication.
