PART B — CODE OF CONDUCT COMMITMENTS

By signing this form I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the IACSF Code of Conduct. I specifically commit to the following standards:

INTEGRITY AND FAIR PLAY

• I will compete, officiate, and conduct all IACSF activities honestly and in accordance with the rules;

• I will not attempt to manipulate, influence, or corrupt any competition result, judging decision, or official proceeding;

• I will not engage in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or improper approach to a competitor, official, or judge.

SAFETY

• I will comply with all IACSF safety requirements, the IACSF Safety Manual, and the instructions of the Event Safety Officer at all times;

• I will not participate in flight operations while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue;

• I will immediately report any safety hazard or incident to the Event Safety Officer.

ANTI-DOPING

• I will comply with the IACSF Anti-Doping Code and will not use any substance prohibited under that Code;

• I consent to testing in accordance with the Anti-Doping Code where applicable.

RESPECT AND PROFESSIONALISM

• I will treat all participants, officials, spectators, and IACSF personnel with respect, regardless of nationality, background, or competitive position;

• I will not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive conduct in any form;

• I will represent the IACSF and the sport of aerial combat with professionalism in all public contexts.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND MEDIA

• I will maintain the confidentiality of IACSF deliberations, judging records, and disciplinary proceedings as required by IACSF rules;

• I will not make public statements that are false, defamatory, or materially harmful to the IACSF or fellow participants.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AND GIFTS

• I will disclose any conflict of interest relevant to my IACSF role and will recuse myself from related decisions as required;

• I will not solicit or accept gifts, benefits, or hospitality that could compromise or appear to compromise my impartiality.

COMPLIANCE WITH IACSF RULES

• I will comply with the IACSF Bylaws, Competition Rules, Technical Code, Safety Manual, and all applicable IACSF policies;

• I understand that violations may result in disciplinary action including suspension or permanent ineligibility.

PART C — DECLARATION AND SIGNATURE

I acknowledge that I have read this form carefully, that I understand my obligations, and that I agree to be bound by the IACSF Code of Conduct for the duration of my participation in IACSF activities. I understand that this acknowledgment is a condition of participation and that failure to comply with these commitments may result in disciplinary action.
